How it works

We begin by uncovering yourself and why you think and act the way you do. Together with Faieka, you will identify your situation and goals and she will help you understand how your actions and thinking is contributing to your situation. 

Next, Faieka will identify your leadership style and provide you with specific tools and strategies to support you in amplifying your strengths and gaining confidence as a leader. 

Over three months, Faieka will be on hand to guide, support and help you analyse your progress.

This is a 12 month programme which includes:

  • Weekly activities for team members
  • Monthly 1:1 coaching sessions for manager
  • Monthly team facilitation session with all team members and manager

How it works

No time away from the business, it’s all done while they continue on with their job.
Each month participants will spend:

The learning system incorporates:

  • Online learning – videos, reading and quizzes (only half an hour per month)
  • One-on-one coaching – to support learning individual needs – (15 minutes per month)
  • Co-lab facilitated sessions with the Breakthrough Co partner coach – (one hour per month)
  • Learning applied in the workplace
  • Journaling – to record progress, record accountabilities and support personal and professional growth
