Strategic Operations Architect. Accreditation Specialist.
Former Sector Owner.
I don’t just fix processes; I architect the frameworks that protect them. My approach to Operational Governance is rooted in the high-stakes reality of the New Zealand social sector and international quality standards.
As a former owner of a sKIDS franchise and a Lead Auditor who has taken manufacturing plants to 58/60 audit scores, I know that true compliance isn’t found in a dusty folder. It is found in your digital stack, your API integrations, and your team’s ability to ‘Show and Share’ their excellence.
Today, I help CEOs and Boards move beyond ‘admin-level’ paperwork toward Strategic Governance. I build the framework; your team runs the race.
Operational Excellence Born from Experience.
I established Actum after 20 years of building, scaling, and successfully exiting my own multi-territory business. When I sold in 2019, I had transformed a single location into a multi-franchise operation, eventually stepping into a National Operations Manager role.
Overseeing operations for more than 180 locations and supporting 50+ business owners taught me one non-negotiable truth: Culture is an asset, but Systems are the insurance.
A highlight of my career was winning the Westpac Business Award as Franchisee of the Year – a testament to what happens when operational precision meets a clear strategic vision. I don’t just teach these systems; I have lived them.
Culture is an Operational Metric
In high-stakes industries, success hinges on more than just a positive workplace. It requires a Culture of Evidence.
I believe that when you empower your team with world-class digital infrastructure and clear governance, growth becomes inevitable. I’m not here to help you “chase” opportunities; I’m here to ensure your business is built to handle them.
If your organisation is facing the 2026 Te Kāhui Kāhu mandates or seeking ISO 9001 certification, you don’t need a cheerleader. You need an Architect who has walked the path, faced the auditors, and delivered the scores.
