Actum Limited (trading as Actum, and referred to as “we”, “us”, “our”) is committed to protecting the privacy, confidentiality, and security of the personal and business information entrusted to us. As an organisational performance and consulting firm, we understand that the data you share regarding your operational systems, bottlenecks, and organisational maturity is highly sensitive.

This privacy policy describes what we do with personal and business information we collect from you and the ways in which we may collect that information in strict accordance with the New Zealand Privacy Act 2020.

2. Cookies, Analytics, and Website Tracking

Third-Party Providers – Targeting and Remarketing

We may also use third-party vendors for remarketing. This allows us to advertise to you on third-party websites after you leave our website. We may do this via cookies and Facebook pixels located on our website.

  • Operational Support: We may share your information with any business that supports our services or products, including any person or platform that hosts or maintains any underlying IT system, data workflow automation (such as Fillout), or database centre (such as Notion) that we use to provide this website or our broader consulting services.

  • International Transfers: You consent to and understand that your information may be transferred, processed, and stored outside of New Zealand if our website hosting or underlying secure cloud systems are located outside New Zealand.

  • Legal Disclosures: While it is unlikely, we may be required to disclose your information to comply with legal or regulatory requirements. We will use reasonable endeavours to notify you before we do this unless we are legally restricted from doing so.

Nothing in this policy prevents Actum Limited from passing on information gathered on this site to any successor organisations should the business or its underlying assets be transitioned, structured for scale, or acquired.
